For administrators
Administration
This page is for a workspace owner or administrator. Open today: choosing which Brain your workspace uses (owner or admin only), your Scout filters for opportunities, and your password under Account. Not open yet: inviting members, product-area roles and workspace settings; the sections below describe how they will work.
Members & roles
An owner invites teammates by email and assigns each a role. Roles decide what a member can see and do — from full workspace administration down to read-only access to a single product area. A member lands in your workspace with the role you set, not with a blank slate they have to be granted piece by piece.
Model providers
DRACOTALON and DRACOWING use a model rather than running on one, and an administrator decides which providers your team may pick from. You enable providers at the workspace level; the specific models under each provider come from that provider directly, so the list stays current instead of being copied and going stale. Restricted or accredited routes are available only inside an install cleared for them.
Product areas
Each product your organization owns appears as its own area, with the settings that belong to it. Access to an area follows the roles above, so an administrator can give a team exactly the surface it needs and nothing more.
Workspace settings
Workspace-level settings — identity, branding, and the DRACOEGG wallet the ledger draws against — are managed here by an owner. Changes are recorded, so who changed what is answerable rather than assumed.
