Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of dracoforce.com. Our products are licensed separately, and where a signed order form or contract vehicle covers your use, that agreement governs and these terms yield to it. Last updated 4 September 2026.

Using this site

You may read, link to and quote this site. Do not attempt to break it, gain access you were not granted, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, or use it to develop a competing service by copying our protected material. We may change or withdraw pages at any time.

The software

Open core. The DRACOWING community core is licensed under Apache-2.0. Its NOTICE file ships with every container, and those licence terms — not these — govern your use of it.

Commercial products. DRACONEX, DRACOWING commercial tiers, DRACOTALON and DRACOEGGs are licensed by annual subscription under the order form or contract vehicle you sign. Nothing on this site grants a licence by itself.

Government procurement. Purchases through our contract vehicles are governed by the terms of that vehicle and applicable federal regulation.

Pricing

Prices shown here render from the Section 13 price book, version 1.0, effective 1 September 2026. They are an indication, not an offer, and amounts on any order are computed server-side from the price book by SKU. Some tiers are quoted rather than sold self-serve; those route to us for a quote. We may change prices prospectively — a change never alters a term you have already paid for.

DRACO on this site

DRACO answers questions and can move you around the site. It is an assistant, not a representative: it cannot bind DRACOFORCE, agree a price, form a contract, or make a commitment on our behalf. If something it says conflicts with an order form, a contract vehicle, or these terms, the written agreement governs. Treat its answers as help, and confirm anything that matters with a human.

Your content

What you send us — an enquiry, a message to DRACO — stays yours. You give us permission to use it to answer you and to run the service. Do not send us classified material, export-controlled technical data, or anyone else's confidential information through this site; it is not an accredited channel for any of those.

Warranties and liability

This site is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that every page is free of error or that the site is always available. To the extent the law allows, DRACOFORCE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here limits the warranties in a signed agreement — those stand on their own terms.
