DRACOWING overview

DRACOWING is Your Autonomous Engineering Team. It is Mission Control for a team of TALONs: you give the Commander a directive, it turns the work into task cards, nothing runs until you approve a card, the TALONs build, and the board shows each task done with its evidence, recomputed by the gate.
